FAN Partner Agreement
Last updated 17 October 2026. This agreement is between forseeno, inc. ("Forseeno") and you, a member of the Forseeno Advisor Network ("Partner"). You accept it when you sign up at /fan/join.
1. Who can join
Partners must be at least 18, and based in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada or Australia. FAN Advisors are accountants, bookkeepers and similar professionals. FAN Connectors are anyone who knows small business owners. We check every Partner and may decline or end any partnership under section 9.
2. Your referral link and code
You get a referral link, code, QR code and flyer when you sign up. A business that signs up with them is linked to you. A business can only be linked to one Partner, and the first valid code used at sign-up counts.
3. Commission
- You earn 25% of the first yearly payment, before tax, of each business linked to you. Monthly plans, renewals, usage charges and taxes earn no commission.
- Each commission is held for 60 days after the client pays, then paid with the next monthly payout, by the payout method you choose.
- If the client gets a refund or a chargeback, the commission is reduced or cancelled. If it was already paid to you, we deduct the amount from your next payouts.
- No commission is paid for your own business, a business you control, or a sign-up we reasonably believe is fake or made in breach of this agreement.
- Commission is paid only once your Partner account is approved. You are responsible for your own taxes on commission.
4. How you may promote Forseeno
You may share your link and materials honestly. You must not: promise results, savings or income; say Forseeno is financial advice; describe security features Forseeno doesn't have; send spam or messages without the recipient's permission; bid on "Forseeno" or similar words in search ads; create sites or social accounts that look like they are run by Forseeno; or ask any business owner for their passwords or login details.
5. Client data (FAN Advisors)
You may see a client's dashboard and reconciliation report only while that client allows it, and only to advise that client. You must keep it confidential, not copy it into other systems except to provide your services to that client, and stop using it when access is switched off. Every view is logged in the client's account.
6. Independent parties
You are an independent business, not an employee, agent or legal representative of Forseeno. You can't make promises or sign anything on Forseeno's behalf. Any advice you give clients is your own responsibility.
7. Our brand
We give you a limited, revocable right to use the Forseeno name and the materials we provide, only to refer businesses under this agreement and without changing them.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Forseeno's total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the commission paid or owed to you in the 12 months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Ending the partnership
Either side can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or at once for a serious breach. Commission already earned for payments made before the end date is paid as usual, unless the partnership ended because you broke section 3 or 4.
10. Changes and law
We will email you at least 30 days before changing this agreement or the commission rate; changes don't affect commission already earned. Sections 20 to 22 of our Terms of Service (disputes, governing law and local rights, general terms) apply to this agreement as if you were the customer there.
